We are a Virginia Farm Winery slated to open in Spring of 2012.

Description

We need a wine bottle label design that can be our starting point for the overall image of the winery. We would like a design that can easily translate to website, business cards, etc. The tasting room will be housed in a circa 1807 brick manor house that was historically called "Valerie Hill." The house was built by a General in the Revolutionary War, and the Civil War was fought all around the property. While the name of the business will be Valerie Hill Vineyard and Winery, we only want to use the name "Valerie Hill" on our labels. The label must contain the varietal - Cabernet Franc for example - which would change from wine to wine, of course, and the words "Shenandoah Valley" and "Virginia' for legal purposes. We expect to have 6 different wines by July of 2012. We want to hold true to the history of the manor house and do not want anything too modern in design. We would also like to use only 2 colors, to keep our print cost down, but we will consider full color is the design is right for us. I will attach a picture of the house for inspiration.
