Would like to have "Kauai CrossFit" written on the front. Can be any font that works with the back. The back will have our logo (can be small), a tropical layout with local flowers (hibiscus and/or plumeria) and also the outline or silhouette of the island of Kauai or the chain of Hawaiian Islands. Somehow will look pretty cool. Please see attached files for ideas that I have and like but can't use.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that uses anything and everything to work on people's fitness goals including weights, gymnastics, cardio, plyometrics, workouts, bodyweight exercises and more.

Not really, this is a unisex model so will be easy for man to wear and woman. If possible. If not then will have the design more for women.
