justinwF got their new banner ad by running a design contest:
We need banner ads to show real estate sellers they qualify for the IRS's 1031 Exchange Tax-Break.

Real Estate & Mortgage
We help real estate investors use the IRS's 1031 Exchange Tax-Break when they sell property that has been used for investment.
What's your vision?
OVERVIEW FOR BACKGROUND INFO: The 1031 Exchange Tax Break is used when a piece of real estate is sold. We are able to target the IP addresses of the owner's of property that is (A) currently listed for sale, and (B) qualifies for the 1031 Exchange Tax-Break. Our goal is to serve them banner ads over a period of 3-4 weeks promoting the benefits of the tax break, and driving them to a landing page (ATTACHED) to create a Personalized Tax Savings Report (which outlines exactly how big their tax bill could be, and how 1031 can help them avoid it) or to call us directly. We will be sending a direct mail package after week 1 that offers an introduction to the tax break and encourages prospects to visit the landing page as well. We are happy to share these collateral materials (landing page and direct mail packages) so that the banner ads can share the same look and feel! To put the value proposition in perspective, for every $100,000 in profit, the 1031 Exchange Tax-Break can save investors roughly $30-$40,000. In essence, an investor has two choices when they sell property. 1 - Give away 30-40% of their profit to taxes, or 2 - Keep their money, and invest it in new real estate using the tax break. Most qualifying prospects have either (A) heard of 1031 but find it cumbersome and do not understand how large of a benefit it can provide them, or (B) have never heard of 1031 at all. Also important to note: If the tax-break is not set up BEFORE the prospect closes on their sale, it cannot be done. So there should definitely be a sense of urgency. TONE WE ARE GOING FOR: Money is a serious matter, so we'd like to keep the tone centered around trust, relatively serious, and appear as a national real estate financial advisory firm (which is basically what we are), but we are totally open to suggestions of how to illustrate our value proposition in an animated banner! We have a few DRAFTS of ideas and have shared the main one in case it is helpful, but again, please feel free to make suggestions!
Please feel free to make suggestions! We provided a long write up just for background info, but you all are the experts of your domain, so do your thing! Excited to see your ideas :)
