General business book detailing the 15 characteristics all leaders need in order to build a successful, long term business

I need a book cover designed.

The book details 15 characteristics that I feel are necessary in order to be a good business leader. The book is entitled "The Pyramid of Business Success" with a subtitle of "The 15 Characteristics All Leaders Need To Build A Successful, Long Term Business". The artwork attached to this project is my feeble attempt at coming up with something appropriate. I definitely need artwork that illustrates each of the characteristics and where they fit into the pyramid. This is the reason why I have created the first graphic called Pyramid of Business Success with WLB. The concept of Work Life Balance needs to surround the overall pyramid. Therefore, as you can see my idea is to have a pyramid within a pyramid. I am also trying to decide whether or not to show the 15 characteristics on the cover of the book or make it cleaner and less cluttered. This is the reason why I have also created the second graphic below called "Pyramid of Business Success Cover". The colors do not have to be based upon a green palette, but I would prefer the overall book cover to be clean and to have a white background. I have also come to realize that I prefer a sans-serif type font. Since my detailed pyramid contains five levels I think that the graphic for the book cover should have five levels as well. Please note that I also need to create a detailed graphic similar to the one attached to the project description page entitled "Pyramid of Business Success with WLB" that will be on the pages inside the book. Whatever color scheme that is used for the pyramid containing my 15 characteristics needs to be reflected on the cover and vice versa. I realize that this graphic might be a separate project, but I will utilize the successful designer of the book cover for the inside graphic as well. I have attached another word document on the project description page entitled "graphics page" to show you how the detailed pyramid will be used within the book.
