We need a front and back cover designed, along with a spine (attached is an example of what last year’s layout looked like). The front cover must include Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell’s logo, as well as 2 other logos provided. The Kaplan Kirsch logo should be the largest logo of the three. The front should also have must have the title “Airport Law Desk Reference” on it. Either on the front or back (preferably on the back), please add "32nd Annual AAAE Basics of Airport Law Workshop and 2016 Legal Update” and the dates “November 13-15, 2016.” Please also add "San Francisco, CA." The back cover should have the following websites listed:
We would like the cover to represent aviation, NOT a specific emphasis on only airports or airplanes; please avoid images that only feature an airplane. If using an image of an airport, please use a photo of a U.S. airport. The cover image does not have to be a photograph; we are open to the idea of graphics. Please remove any airline brands in photos, as we will not "advertise" companies. It is important to include that the conference is located in San Francisco. We are open to the idea of incorporating San Francisco into the design, but it is not necessary. This isn't required, but we would like to see how aviation and San Francisco could be combined into the cover. It's most important to have an aviation-based design (airplanes + airports together, not one or the other), so please prioritize this over the San Francisco theme.
The past few years, the covers have been blue. We would like to see designs in other colors, but aren't opposed to a few blue options.
