Week-By-Week Guide To Coaching Soccer U-11 Vol. 2 (Fall)
Scott Wheeler is a volunteer soccer coach living in Loveland, Ohio with his wife and two daughters. His goal in coaching his own daughter during her first season of recreational soccer was to design and deliver training equal to (or better than) what parents typically pay hundreds of dollars for from ‘competitive‘ organizations. In the process, he discovered that ‘recreational’ soccer is far more competitive than what most people would imagine, and the largest separator between participants of the two systems isn’t often heart or capability, but rather personal finances. Next to watching players develop, his greatest satisfaction is over-delivering to the delight of parents and players that find their way onto his teams. Please share your success stories with CoachScott@WeekByWeekCoaching.com
There are countless resources available that offer stand-alone drills to address specific training objectives, but few address the new coach’s daunting question of, “Where in the world do I start?!” For the price of a good soccer ball, this book presents a comprehensive teaching plan for your Fall season and allows you to focus on the task of delivery. This plan instructs exactly what to teach during every minute of two 1-1/2 hr. practices per week for 9 ½ weeks. You can teach to this plan if you see fit, or, use it as a pragmatic framework and adapt it as required.

Book cover type
You can reflect back to me the format that I have indicated on the supporting front/back cover document, but that isn't required. I'd like to see something colorful and eye catching. If you need to include some stock photos, please try to utilize something that is not so common and age appropriate. I'm not sure what the legal requirements are for using such images, so you might need to educate me a little bit. If an image pushes cost over and above the cost indicated for this project, I'm happy to consider it. If you are an artist, custom artwork is also welcome! Overall, I just look forward to being surprised by the creativity that you bring in this space. Please provide files that can easily be edited for content. The content indicated for the back cover of this 8.5x11 seems to leave enough room for the ISBN number that Amazon will print via their KDP services. Lastly, I'm looking to make a decision on this very quickly. If you are as motivated as I am, Thanks!
