This is my second time working with Bob - he is the best! He's very detail-oriented and creative. Never disappointed with his work! Highly recommend.
- " Portugal "
This is the second job I've done with Alexandre, "Portugal." This time I didn't do the contest--I knew I wanted Alexandre to do my second cover. He did not disappoint--it is exactly what I asked for and once again he used his expertise and creative eye to make things better than my original request. I also really love how it matches the first cover in a color/font scheme so it looks really professional. This was my first experience asking someone directly to do work and Alexandre was fast, professional, and a delight to work with. I can't recommend his services enough. He is really good at designing book covers!
Outstanding person to work with. Very responsive to requests and gifted artist. I highly recommend.
- 'RAD Designs'
Very Professional Designs. Knew from the first draft I'd want her design. Very patient! Anxious to do more work with her soon!

Design: A front and back book cover for a fiction murder mystery.
Title: Murder at Breeze Canyon
Author: Tony Spallone
Format: 6X9 paperback and Kindle e-book
Description: The book is a murder mystery in which several cyclists are killed. The story takes place in and around Santa Fe, NM. The cyclists fall to their deaths in desert canyons. Design considerations to include: a canyon in the southwest, a figure/silhouette of a figure on a bike free-falling into a canyon or on the edge of a canyon. The font should be straightforward and bold. The title and author's name should be integrated in the design, and not appear as though they were pasted on as an afterthought.
Inspiration: Refer to other best-selling murder mysteries, for example at: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref
Draft back cover verbiage: Within a span of weeks, three cyclists are killed along remote Santa Fe roadways. Assistant District Attorney Hank Kincaid, an avid cyclist and long-time member of the Canyon Cycling Club, believes their deaths are more than coincidence. He convinces ill-tempered Detective “Deeg” DeGarzia to examine possible clues and motives to confirm the deaths are not accidental. When prominent artist Carlotta Smith is killed, evidence points to the beautiful and licentious Heather Dorell and her friend Stacey Keenan—also members of the Cycling Club—as prime suspects. The two women, minted by the media as the new “Thelma and Louise,” criss-cross New Mexico to evade capture. In their wake, new suspects emerge in a twisted series of events and motives.
Artwork previously submitted to the author for consideration is attached. This image may also be used as inspiration for the cover design, although this type of image should not be considered the only type of design option.
