josh.taylor got their new book cover by running a design contest:
Create a Bookcover to Help us Adopt our baby!
Check out josh.taylor's Book cover contest…
My wife and I started Aly's Fight (alysfight.com) when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 at the age of 24. We have blogged since October of 2011 and have built a list of over 730 subscribers. Due to her treatment we were unable to have a baby so now we are in the process of adoption. My wife has written a 14,000 word book titled, How Cancer Made Me A Mommy. This is the book that this design contest is for. This book will be sold as a printed book and also an ebook.
What's your vision?
Book cover for paper back book. Design to highlight Cancer, Mommy. Things that catch women's eye. My wife was 24 when diagnosed. We want something creative. I am including the latest pictures of my wife and I.
It is very important that we get an entire cover front/ back illustration. We will be using our Facebook page and email list to choose a winner and this is important to see the entire design in 3d.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
josh.taylor collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
