This is my second time working with Bob - he is the best! He's very detail-oriented and creative. Never disappointed with his work! Highly recommend.
Superb cover and was easy to work with! I would work with them again!
I was open to any and all ideas and this design caught my eye right away. It looks great in thumbnail size. I'm really happy with the process

Erika was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to my design ideas and did a great job interpreting my thoughts into a final design. Her knowledge of what went into a good book cover design was confirmed when I shared her ideas with a designer friend who called it one of the best book covers he'd ever seen! I will use her services again!

This is a cover for a free fiction book: Nikki Noshit: The Blackout. It's for fans of paranormal, horror and goth culture.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
It NEEDS the title "Nikki Noshit: The Blackout" and the author's name "Nikki Lacroix"
The story is the account of a paranormal journalist (an attractive goth girl) finding herself in a hotel room with no recollection of the night before. She discovers that she has killed a winged human being and dissolved it in the bathtub, leaving nothing left except for it's bones, feathers and a bathtub filled with gore.
This cover could have a number of things from a destroyed hotel room with some blood covered feathers, or a goth girl holding a bone and a feather. It could be something as simple as a lone feather with blood if it fits the vibe well enough. But then again, sex does sell. So maybe a cover involving an attractive goth girl would do better, but I definitely don't want this to seem like a romance or erotica. It's got to have a horror or dark paranormal vibe to it.
The story itself is kind of a mix between Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and an episode of the X-Files, if that helps.
If you are going to include a goth girl in it, she's got to match the character design in the attached files at least a little bit. Black hair is a must, but the hairstyle can be different.
