CGT on a Deceased's Residence
Lyn Freshwater & Ian Raspin
The book is a second updated edition covering the topic of things that should be considered in assessing the possible Capital Gains Tax implications on the sale of a deceased person's home
Professional legal practitioners (lawyers)
Book cover type
We are about to release our second edition of our book covering the accounting topic of Capital Gains Tax on a Deceased persons residence. The cover needs to show the wording SECOND EDITION down the bottom left perhaps of the cover. I will attach a copy of the original book cover and a couple of clip art images that will assist. We are looking for an original design (even if based on the clip art samples). We like the chalk board look of the one design, and wonder if someone can also adapt the other one into a similar design. The emphasis is on a person's main place of residence prior to their death. This could also include different house types - ie flat, farm high rise apartment etc.
What to avoid
Please avoid existing clip art images, we are looking for original designs only. Images uploaded are a copy of the original book cover plus two clip art images to give a guide as to what we are looking for. Have also provided our RBG and PMS colours as a guide. Please also refer to our website for the feel.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
