The Unbelievable Facts Book: Hilariously Weird Facts & Fascinating Stories from Planet Earth
For a laugh, or two, an “oh!”, or an “ah!”, you have found the right source of insight into the world’s facts. This diverse and interesting book includes facts that you may, but most likely don’t, know about the seven continents of the world: Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica and Oceania. With a plethora of enticing facts, you will read stories of each continent, its countries, and its cultures, which you probably never knew. Above all else, you will gain knowledge into what is and what once was on Planet Earth. From the person that discovered Australia, to the one whose first name was translated not into English but Latin before being given to America, there’s more to learn of the fascinating stories that make the Earth and all its inhabitants what it is today.
Anyone interested in learning new facts: male or female, teens to adults. Not specifically for young children.
Book cover type
- I would prefer a WHITE or CREAM/VANILLA background with standout/bold font that can be read on smaller thumbnail images. 1) I like the cover and colors used for "12 Rules for Life" by Jordan Peterson (see attached cover). 2) I like the font, font size and layout of "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F***" by Mark Manson. (see attached) - For the images: the book is about facts from around Planet Earth. So a picture of the Earth would be good somewhere on the book.
What to avoid
Small font, complicated design, I'm not going to pay any more for stock images, red or black background colors (fonts okay)
