Note to Self
The is a retelling of The Time Machine. It maximises, monetises and commoditizes today's social media obsession, exploring the cost of vanity to society. The city is run by an underclass that feeds off the elderly rich city dwellers, which finally revolt and attempt to take control of the city.
Thoughtful adult science fiction readers.
Retro hand-drawn image (example attached). A scantily-clad woman (similar to Kim Kardashian) in front of a futuristic city, holding a smartphone-like device, cowers from an unseen attacker. The woman is basically wrapped in ribbons: she has thigh-high boots that turn into straps that wrap around her legs and over her crotch. One thin strap wraps around her bust and is tied in a bow on the side.
