This is an update (new edition) of an existing book / cover. So rather than a full redesign we will need an edit of the existing design. Specifically adding the words "Law Enforcement Edition" below the subtitle line of the book, and adding a police badge overlay on the existing cover image.

This edition of the book will be targeted to retiring police / law enforcement officers.

As described above, this is an update to an existing cover, specifically for a new edition targeted at retiring members of law enforcement. As such, the color and style is already set. The addition of a police badge will be the primary challenge for the designer. I will want a badge whose style integrates well with the existing image and colors. I have uploaded some examples of badges, but am not married to any specific style at the moment. I am uncertain of the verbiage (if any) that should appear on the badge. Maybe "American Police" or simply "Police"
