I'd like my logo and brand identity to be based on two items, one general and the other specific: 1) general brand identity concept: Shokunin (Japanese word) - master of one's craft, one who takes pride in their work, a concept I took from the documentary Yiro Dreams of Sushi. Please watch this short 2 minute clip to understand my inspiration and how much I care about my own work, like Yiro: https://wilsonkhoo.wordpress.com/2013/02/23/jiro-dreams-of-sushi-what-it-means-to-be-shokunin/ 2) specific logo: a Japanese Samurai figure with a sword, focusing on making the figure dark, austere, imposing, intimidating, clean, elegant and evoking mastery of one's craft, protection and safety. Samurai figures are often wore, complex armor; I'd like any logo to simplify and reduce the complexity of this armor in its appearance. I'd like other aspects of the overall brand identity to tie in with the general and specific concepts I outlined with a focus on type-faces that are similarly austere, clean and elegant. Of importance: I need a custom powerpoint template that can be used to create investor presentations; thus, I need to be able to incorporate the logo, its associated colors and type-face, etc., into the powerpoint template and slides. Because many slides in the presentation will incorporate large charts, slide real estate is important; thus, any type-face must also be inherently small and compact in size.
