At Fredrickson Learning, we create custom learning experiences (in
other words, training programs) for major business initiatives.
Whenever a company needs someone--employees, channel partners, or
customers--to learn so that they can do something new, different, or
better, they come to us.
What don’t sell generic or off-the-shelf training courses. 100% of
our business is developing custom learning courses and programs for
our client’s specific business need.
Our Brand Persona
We want our brand to communicate:
- High integrity
- We care about you (the client)
- Approachable experts
We partner with our clients, ask the tough questions, and listen for
the real answers. Often, our expertise and perspective changes the
client’s vision from the solution that they thought they wanted, to
something that better addresses what they really need. We have
experts that can support our clients whenever they approach a
learning-related business need, including:
- Learning Consultants
- Instructional Designers
- Technical Specialists
- Graphic Designers
- Project Managers
- And more
When a company needs to solve business problems that have a learning
component they look to Fredrickson Learning to provide:
- Learning consulting to define the most effective approach
- Custom training development including eLearning, instructor-led
training, and virtual classroom courses
- Change management and communications related to the business
- Interim staffing for learning-related roles – instructional
designers, training developers, and other similar roles.
- Understanding of their business, its needs, and acceptance of its
strengths and limitations.
We won’t force our own agenda on them—our solutions have to make
sense for their reality.
Our target audience/market: We have two target client segments. The
first target segment is made up of managers and other leaders working
within the company’s formal learning/training department.
Our second target is clients in business functions like sales,
marketing, or IT, where they are leading initiatives and
organizational changes that require training and change management
the overall initiative to be successful.
We market mainly to large and mid-sized corporations, although we also
do some public sector work for state and local government agencies.
We have very loyal clients that come to us again and again because
they trust us to get the work done well, on time, and on budget.
However, many of them don’t know about the growing consultative,
strategic, side of Fredrickson nor our capabilities to be creative
innovative. We’d like to change that perception.
