I like how there are only a few colors. I like the clean background. I dislike how the hot air balloon appears to have nothing to do with their industry.
I like the two toned text. I like that the logo has things that are associated with the company.
I dislike the gradient and the animal, but like the overall design.
I love the simplicity. I love how clean the single color choice looks. I dislike the animal part of a logo. I could go for something like this with a computer or ethernet cable, or something else tech related.

I'd like to see something tech oriented incorporated into the logo. Like a drawing of a computer. Or an Ethernet cord implemented into the lettering. I am not looking for generic shapes.
