Food & Drink
Please Read my design brief. I am finding a lot of entries specifically that have attributes I mentioned i would like to avoid like: No Minimalistic corporate -like logos, no ready-made looks, no Text-only, no dark logos, no red/green combos, no unpolished vector logos that are completely "on-the-nose" (meaning no men going to a door and handing a box/bag to someone). No Stick figures holding/delivering boxes...No Thin text. No pictures of MEN HOLDING GROCERY BAGS. DESIGN ADJECTIVES TO INSPIRE: Fun/Retro?, Cartoon-y, ANIMATED LOOK, fantastic, MOVEMENT, engaging, obvious, CLEVER communicative, perhaps a bit whimsical, clarity, memorable, visually balanced. Remember to incorporate all aspects of the name, "COMOX VALLEY STORE2DOOR'. Please do not make the Store2Door portion less obvious, it needs to be incorporated together. No red/forest green combos (lime greens ok as long as not combined with red), no dark logos, no thin text. Would like to see original combination of colors/graphics. ...... The business is a grocery shopping & delivery business in the Comox Valley, mostly targeting the senior market (Which is big here). Will be offering 1 on 1 consults initially, grocery shopping for an hourly fee, and other pre-paid packages. Will shop at drug store etc as well. It can't be too young/abstract, or shouldn't be to generic, like a picture of a hill or boring landscape (although nature is not excluded if it is done well). I prefer a brighter logo as long as it isn't gaudy. Animal inspirations, etc, ok, but still must speak to the company. The contest winner will be a cute logo that is CLEAR and CLEVER... I am late 30's female, with a business partner who is also female, but am dealing mostly with an elderly crowd but would like to find something that doesn't completely turn off young demographic, or old demographic in a logo. I would like a "unique and different" option, eye catching and strong.Looking forward to some fantastic entries! PLEASE read this design brief and look at some of the logos below that I like...
Other color requirements
Like Blues, purples, pinks, strong outlines, lime green (no forest green). avoid: bright reds with orange undertones, large portions of red, forest green (lime green ok), mustard yellow, dark browns (unless incorprated well), peach colors.
Comox Valley Store2Door can be "Store2Door" together or Comox Valley "Store 2 Door", whatever may look better.
