Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We provide human resources consultative services and solutions to organizations who have as part of their mission a focus on environmental stewardship and energy recovery (e.g., waste-to-energy companies, wind farm operations, hydroelectric firms, etc. - essentially anyone in the renewable energies space). We work alongside our clients to analyze their organization’s idiosyncratic demands and then offer highly configured answers to their regulatory compliance, employee development, talent acquisition, or performance management needs. Hopefully, that elevator pitch wasn't too jargony. Essentially, we're a human resources consulting firm for socially-conscious organizations.

We'd really like to play on the "flow" part of the name. When HR is done effectively, personnel "flow" through the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes very effectively, kind of like how chi flows through the body (if you're in to acupuncture). Also, if the two first and last w in "Work Flow" can somehow be highlighted or stand out in some aesthetically-pleasing way, that would be huge.
