I run a company called HomeWorks by Precept. We are a direct sell company that sells BJU Press Homeschool materials; which are K-12 Biblical based textbooks and video lessons.
We run all of their sales events, and last year we started our first online event. It's called the BJU Press Homeschool Facebook Party. BJU Press Homeschool themselves does not run the party, we as HomeWorks run it for them with our staff and consultants. However, "BJU Press Homeschool" is the recognizable brand because that's who produces the products.
I would like to brand this party itself with a similar logo to the overall company but it clear that it's going to be on Facebook and also run by HomeWorks by Precept consultants. I am attaching the image we used as the cover image on the Facebook group to show what we did last year - I wasn't too excited about the design, but we needed something in a hurry. Whoever I pick for the logo I may eventually ask to design a new cover photo as well.
Typically BJU Press Homeschool uses the orange and teal colors you see on their site below. Those are the branded colors, but you may have to mix in some Facebook blue somewhere in the logo, but I'm not sure.
Also, the BJU Press Homeschool logo should stay pretty much in tact. If you think of something that only slightly modifies it to incorporate "Facebook" somehow, I am open to that, but overall their font, icon, etc. should remain the way they are. You can drop the icon too and just use "BJU Press Homeschool" in the font of the logo as well. You can use either the horizontal or vertical logo I provided.
The HomeWorks logo and slogan do not have to be used. I can always explain that later in other locations.
