Dinova operates a business dining network that drives business growth for restaurant partners, savings for corporate clients and greater connectedness between people over business meals. Dinova easily connects business diners with the right restaurants via their mobile app with preferred restaurants. And restaurant types for business meals range from white table cloth venues for entertaining to pizza for the gang in the warehouse. It's about connecting corporate buying of dining with preferred restaurants.

The company sells to restaurants and corporations. They are facilitating dining relationships -- they want to be seen as culinary fans/experts -- but not overstate their "restaurant credentials" as if they are a restaurant. Essentially they offer a network of preferred restaurants that a diner accessed via mobile app.
Would like exploration of upper case DINOVA, initial cap Dinova, and all lower case dinova in design
Could be open to use of knife and fork icons in the identity -- but will want to not be cliche in use
The range of dining options they deliver is from Jamba Juice smoothies, to Pizza Hut for team lunches to 5 star white table cloth restaurants. So the brand needs to scale that range -- not only look high end. But not fast food only.
