We are a military history tour operator specialising in the history of the Second World War. We are based in Berlin, Germany and run a variety of half and full-day tours. We serve a variety of customers, but they can be split into two categories. The first is 20 - 35 couples and young families interested in our half-day tours and looking to get a better understanding of the Second World War and the events surrounding it. This category generally has a basic to intermediate prior knowledge. In this category tour bookings are made primarily by females on behalf of their male partner or family who they think will enjoy the tour. The second category is 50+ years of age, predominately male and interested in our full-day battlefield tours. This category generally has an intermediate to advanced prior knowledge. In this category, tour bookings are made primarily by males for solo travellers or as a couple. Across both categories, our customers are English speaking and primarily from the UK, America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
I am open to visual design concepts. Our company colours are as follows: Red: #AF1D00 Dark Blue: #001F3D Blue: #003366 The brochure must be used to drive bookings and communicate the message that we are connecting our customers with the past, following in the previous generation's footsteps, remembering their sacrifice, and understanding the conflict so events like these can never happen again. Our company slogan is “experience history”. We do this through effective storytelling, imagery, and standing in historical locations, immersing our customers in the events of the past.
What to avoid
This probably goes without saying but as we are a WW2 history tour operator the brochure should not include any violent imagery, glorification of war, swastika or Nazi imagery, anti-Semitic imagery etc, etc.
