Borken Mobile got their new button or icon by running a design contest:

Entertainment & The Arts
Borken Mobile produces funny, little entertainment apps for multiple Android marketplaces.
What's your vision?
We need an icon designed for an already released Android app called Mood Scanner. Screenshots for the app can be found at https://market.android.com/details?id=mobi.borken.android.moodscanner The current icon doesn't look very good at low resolutions (see the attached ic_launcher.zip) which is why we need a new one. The icons should be delivered in (and optimized for) the following resolutions: 36x36px, 48x48px, 72x72px, 96x96px and 512x512px. UPDATE: Please keep in mind that the icon has to fit the app's colors. Meaning: Clear and bright (white, red, orange). Should't look too technical since the app is also targeting a female audience.
Demographics: boys and girls between 8 and 25 years old generally interested in entertainment and joke apps.

And then… they selected a winner!
Chartreuse was an excellent designer to work with. He is very professional and creative. He also does very good work and I plan to continue to do business with him.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
