Tingl - a new social communication tool for business homepages.
The solution is a 1:1 multimedia real-time-communication tool for business homepages, online-shops and contact profiles
The solution is an easy way for clients to contact sellers, experts and communities in real-time – it simplifies and combines instant messaging, chat, VoIP, telephony, video communication, live-support and online customer service.
The components of the solution are:
• A contact button for websites
• PC to PC communication per choice:
• Text chat
• Rerouting to legacy phone.
• An agent application to manage the communication
• An admin application to manage the set-up
The target group of the solution is small companies (1 to 50 employees). For those kinds of customers a solution should be offered that they easily can be contacted out of their website, blog or newsletter. We know that small companies are not always online; therefore the solution offers a possibility for an automatic rerouting to a legacy (cell) phone. The client who wants to contact the customer must not decide how the connection should be established. The client can decide later on, if the own webcam shall be switched on. The customer can only show his video (one way video chat – two way audio chat). To manage rerouting- and waiting time a predefined video (ad) is displayed.
We need to have the "Contact Now" Button designed. This button will be, like a social media button (Facebook Like, Twitter Follow Me), embedded in a customer’s web-site. That button should invite clients to contact somebody of the website-owner. It shall imply a reception, usually at an entrance of an office, with a friendly (female) receptionist.

The button will be in flash or gif, as we may prefer changing items (every 5 seconds).The text in the button will be free configurable by the application.
Attached some scribbles. But you are free to create something different. We only need two text-lines and a photo (and maybe name) of the agent.
Size of the button: We believe 250px width is ideal, but the customer will be able to resize.
Colors: Please have a look into the attached CD document. We see green as our preferred color. As it is in Flash or GIF the second picture can have another color (maybe blue).
Font-type: MS Trebuchet
As you see in the scribbles we played with our logo icon (attached). Long run that icon may be as well a small contact now button (like Skype button).
