The character/mascot must be a sheep
It must be: funny, geeky, mischievous and a little bit weird. Our sheep is cool, and it knows it.
If possible, it has to have a hand-drown feel, but at the same time it should look crisp and fit to be on a website, not in a coloring book.
If you think it fits the theme, the sheep will wear glasses and have boots on its feet.
It must be easy to draw as a doodle (I mean that we don't want a photo-realistic sheep, a 5 year old should be able to make an accurate enough doodle out of it, something like Mickey Mouse is).
The colors must be happy, natural looking, more watercolor feel than computer drown. We prefer the sheep to be white, and you can use green, red, yellow or any other natural color.
You will need to match a type-face to the style of the sheep
The sheep has to be versatile enough to be able to be used in different situations (see below)
For the first part of the contest I only want 1 pose of the ones below, but the winner will get (for an additional fee) to do the other two poses.
1) Just standing on all 4 legs and looking toward whoever is looking at it (something like this http://bit.ly/bHENLe)
2) Looking over a fence / wall. That fence should be easily replaceable with a banner, logo (something like this http://bit.ly/9TDsOr)
3) Holding a sign, heaving a dialog bubble over it's head, to be able to say something (something like this http://bit.ly/aKFkeP) Here you will also have to match a type-face to the style of the sheep.
Attached you will find my current avatar (sheep.png) and the pictures referenced here. We like the avatar a lot, we would like our spokesperson to be a natural evolution from it.
You will also find attached 3 more photos (sheep_1,jpg, sheep_2,jpg and sheep_3,jpg) of some sheep magnets and piggy banks I have at home. You might find them useful.
