I would like to have a invite flyer for an event for our customers. We are putting on a tailgate event for our client Stanford University and Hospitals before the Stanford Football game. We will have both people from our company, (Johnson Controls) and from Stanford. I would like to let them know about the date and time of the event. I would like them to know we can provide tickets to the football game. I would like them to know we will provide food and drinks for the tailgate. I would like there to be a link to the evite RSVP.

We have multiple projects we are working on with them. I would like it to display our Logo. The tailgate will be on Oct 10th at the Stanford Football game against Washington St. It will start at 2:00 pm and end at 6:00 pm. The name of the tailgate area we will be in is call Maloney Field right off of El Camino Real Drive.
