We're an NFT start-up preparing to mint our first collection and build our own little Street kids Metaverse
What's your vision?
We're looking for a talented character illustrator to design a base character for an upcoming NFT Collection called Street Kids. We'd love to see work from illustrators that are plugged in to global youth culture across generations and is up for the challenge of creatively resolving youth culture icons like Punk Rocker Sid Vicious through to Lil Uzi Vert into a single base character. We're anime lovers and want our characters to end up with a 3D style anime treatment, with augmented features (bigger heads for instance, be shorter than normal etc) to make them fell larger than life. Our characters will also have a strong emphasis on fashion and accessories so we also want elements like their kicks, jackets, chains to be augmented as well. Our characters are all inspired by youth culture icons through history BUT they're Kids as opposed to the adult versions of their identities they are based on, and we'd love this to be the basis of what becomes truly magical about these characters. Our thought is the fact that they're kids gives us my creative license to have more fun with it. Finally - Our first collection will be based on Hip Hop so we've attached some references we love that are getting close to what we're looking for, but we'd like you to take whats here and then take it to the next level
Range of references that we think are getting close, The first reference if Trippie Redd is getting the closest - its larger than life, has energy and attitude.

Kim's amazing, I want her to move to New Zealand and work with us forever. But in all seriousness just an incredibly talented illustrator whose work was always a delight to see. Would hire her again in a heart beat, thanks Kim.
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
