Collegiate Sweatshirt design needed
Check out Todd l's Clothing or apparel contest…
I have attached several pictures of designs used in the past to give an idea of market. New designs may be different. Established year may also be used (1871). Flames or wreaths do not work very well The mule head logo DOES NOT have to be in the design. It can also be used very small. Simple lettering/text may work very will. Any thing from very traditional collegiate, to more current trends. Any current colors etc. Applique is very successful in this market. May think about using camouflage material for the applique as well (but don't over do it). Multi media (screen print/embroidery) will also work well. If you do research under "college bookstore" ideas may be found. Apparel description and purpose
I am looking for a design for a design to go on a hooded sweatshirt. This shirt will be sold in college bookstores or retail outlets.
The design is for "University of Central Missouri". This name can be used or just the letters "UCM". The design will preferably use applique somewhere (probably for the "UCM" (two layers of applique for lettering). The attached Mule head may also be used but does not have to be. The mascot name is "Mules". We can also use screen printing as a "background for this design. This can be anything from very simple/collegiate designs to more "aggressive/young adult" type. The target market is primarily college age students (18-21) but also more conservative alumni (25+). Ideally, this design can be easily changed for other customers. School colors are red, black and white. Garment will be primarily Gray, Red or Black as well as any fashion colors-- hot pink etc.
What to avoid
Mule head logo can be used but does not have to be. It does not have to be the main emphasis if used.
