crowl.sam got their new clothing or apparel by running a design contest:
Famous Gelato Shop Sweatshirt
Check out crowl.sam's Clothing or apparel contest…
We are looking for a simple, yet recognisable sweatshirt design that promotes our brand. Cow and the Moon is a well established gelato shop in Sydney and has won numerous awards nationally as well as internationally including The Gelato World Tour. Our main focus in the shop is gelato and specialty coffee. Our sweatshirt will be a navy or a charcoal colour so we want to make sure the imagery is eye catching enough on this colour but not neon. - We love old Italian liqueur labels like Luxardo, Cinzano etc the simple ones - Deco style lettering but maybe in an arch shaped (see mock up arch shaped for an idea attached) - bright but simple colours (max 3 colours) - We have used the light in our shop in the shape of a cone. In our past t-shirts we have used the outline and could use again - Have a look at our instagram @cowandthemoon to get a feel for our style of business
Apparel description and purpose
A sweatshirt for our staff to wear but is also attractive enough for customers and fans of our product to purchase.
On the sweatshirt we want: - Cow and the Moon or Cow & the Moon (our business name) - Est 2010 (optional) - Our cone design (optional) - front design (top left breast) and back design full cover OR only a full front design
What to avoid
We want to avoid whimsical touches No references to the nursery rhyme No cow imagery No moon imagery

Mariux was a pleasure to work with, taking on board all of our design changes and input whilst bringing alot of creativity and flair to the projects. We loved all the designs Mariux submitted and found it hard to choose!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
