ExecReps is disrupting the traditional method of how companies outsource recruitment of executive talent for their Board of Directors and Advisory Boards. Our unique model offers companies a qualified candidate pool for their recruitment efforts at no cost to them. Because we are retained by the executive instead of the company for this purpose, we have no monetary requirement from the company for our efforts. Our client base is composed of distinguished executives and professionals with exceptional and proven expertise from every C-Level category at start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a set of Flash Advertisements, we'd like sizes of 160x60, 728x 90, & 300x250.
I've included a .Ai file of our logo, you can also see whats on the website in terms of colors and images. As for language - we'd like to see the ads say the below:

Though the website is black and the logo is made to be on a black background - we would like to see the ads with a white, or light background, be it a light grey, light blue etc - we're open to suggestions and creative license there. The logo I've included is built for a white/ light background.
