Business & Consulting
We provide safety consulting and assist with regulatory compliance issues. Our customer base is primarily loggers, as in forestry, in the U.S, and log truck drivers.
What's your vision?
We need an app Icon/Button design for an in-development progressive web app. This Icon/Button will be the onscreen display the user engages to start the app. The app is due to be released at the end of June. We are developing a “Daily Vehicle Inspection” app for log truck drivers. These drivers will be the main users. The app will proceed through a series of screens that allow the driver to inspect the vehicle and then a report is sent back to an administrator dashboard (screenshot attached). We already have a company logo (attached). We would like the icon to be recognizable as being part of our brand (the logo) by using the same or very similar colors. We may use the name “Clearcut” for our dashboard and that name or letters from that name may be considered in the design, as well as our company name, Safety On Site. Our company website is https://www.safety-on-site.com/ if you would like to refer there as well. We would prefer the colors and design to be at least close to the look and feel of the dashboard and our website. However, any design submitted will be considered with the only limitation being that of clashing or unrelated color groupings. Think simple over cartoon or complicated designs. UPDATE: Designers may use components from our attached Safety On Site, Inc. logo. We don't need the name in the button, but you may use the tree design or something of your own that is very similar.
An App Icon/Button design does not provide a very big canvas to work on, so I will be interested to see what creative minds can come up with. I do recommend visiting our website to give you a feel for our look. Thanks in advance.
