The design goal is to create a set of meaningful icons that represent all editions of PDFCreator. The icons should express that these are editions of the same software, but should still be distinguishable when used as icon for a windows application. The icon sizes vary from 16x16px (Title bar of a window) to 256x256 (really large icons on a windows desktop with high resolution).
The images attached are:
* the current PDFCreator icon (Flame/company logo with white background and a stylized progress bar)
* the company logo (flame with "pdfforge")
* the new logo for our second application, PDF Architect
The new design can pick up the current PDFCreator logo and make it suitable for all editions, but we are open for completely new designs as well.
The icon should express (maybe abstractly) the conversion/creation process.
The flame can be incorporated into the logo, but this is not a firm requirement. If the flame is used, it must remain unchanged. The main goal should be a set of icons that distiguish the different editions.
