Rendra was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Because our project involved a set of multiple graphics, there were a few consistency details that took a few tries to refine. I appreciate how quickly they were able to make the necessary changes based on my feedback. I would work with Rendra again.
awesome work as usual
Created an excellent colour palette and background options for my website. Very well thought through and articulated suggestions.
Jason delivered more than requested and is very creative.

Please create ten 150 X 150 pixel graphic "tiles" to be used for a web page navigation menu. It's a site where employees will come for learning and professional development resources.
Each square tile needs the title text and an icon/graphic to visually represent the topic. I've attached a screen shot of the tiles we're looking to upgrade.
We're looking for more color and visual interest to lure people deeper into the site. But not *too much* color and visual interest though--We're a financial services company, after all. So we want to up the eye candy factor without going too tech startup. The tiles are going to sit smack up against each other as shown in the example--so they need to look like cousins--or at least not clash with each other.
Please steer clear of the done-to-death business clichés (e.g. avoid cupped hands with trees sprouting). And they need to be appropriate for a corporate environment where gender and diversity are important if you depict any people.
If it helps--Here's the subject matter each tile leads to:
