Business & Consulting
We're a global asset management firm seeking to help our clients realize their financial goals.
What's your vision?
Please create ten 150 X 150 pixel graphic "tiles" to be used for a web page navigation menu. It's a site where employees will come for learning and professional development resources. Each square tile needs the title text and an icon/graphic to visually represent the topic. I've attached a screen shot of the tiles we're looking to upgrade. We're looking for more color and visual interest to lure people deeper into the site. But not *too much* color and visual interest though--We're a financial services company, after all. So we want to up the eye candy factor without going too tech startup. The tiles are going to sit smack up against each other as shown in the example--so they need to look like cousins--or at least not clash with each other. Please steer clear of the done-to-death business clichés (e.g. avoid cupped hands with trees sprouting). And they need to be appropriate for a corporate environment where gender and diversity are important if you depict any people.
If it helps--Here's the subject matter each tile leads to: Coming Soon! = Classes and scheduled learning events in the next few weeks OFI Products = Info about our investment products (mutual funds/ETFs) and services Industry Knowledge = resources teaching about the financial industry and economics Active Performance Management = Tools for employee evaluation and goal setting Personal Impact = "soft skills" to develop professionals (communication, time management) Leadership = resources to help you motivate, inspire and empower teams Management = Coaching, feedback, interviewing skills Business tools = Software tools employees need to know how to use well (Microsoft Office programs mainly) Change Management and Execution = Helping teams productively navigate new systems, processes, and organization changes while still getting their work done Using this site = Orientation and tips for new visitors
