design a chukar themed logo for a carpentry company appealing to homeowners

Our company provides high quality carpentry, remodeling and home repairs with a quick turnaround time. Our target audience would be homeowners who are looking to make their homes more beautiful.

I am looking for a company logo. Primarily I want to communicate that we provide high quality work in a timely manner. The logo must include an image of a Chukar(partridge), I am not looking for a cartoon. It can range from realistic to semi realistic/abstract where the bird is actually using/ carrying tools (feel free to run with different ideas here). Some Ideas I had were a wood border, Not required. I also considered a wood burned/branded look for the company name, also not required. I would like the logo to look good on OD green, desert tan, and charcoal grey clothing merchandise. I think my preference would be a non square logo. I have included a really quick concept sketch, but Im not necessarily attached to it.

I tend to like earth tones and I like strong contrast. I like a rustic look.
