I am an Australian blogger who has been writing on Medium.com for several years.

What's your vision?

I want an eBook cover with an original illustration. No stock images permitted. The non-fiction book is about how to make money on Medium.com, being a writer, and learning about social media/marketing. The people that will read the book are Entrepreneurs, writers, people in the USA, bloggers. - Looking to have the Medium.com font and logo as part of the title. - Wanting an illustration not just words on the cover. - "By Tim Denning" should be easy to read. - Emphasis on "Medium.com" part of the book title. - I want bright and colorful. - Make the book cover stand out. - Use the "Medium Green as part of the color palette. - Check out the designs attached to the brief that inspire me. Components to include on the design: 1. The title of the book is: How to Earn 6-Figures on Medium.com 2. The subtitle is: A guide to building a Medium-sized empire written by a 6-figure Medium Writer. 3. The author is Tim Denning

Low High Album Design 2017 _______ Brazilian punk band Low High sought imaginative, divergent packaging for their sophomore album "Act Normal." The compositions on the cover and inside booklet reflect themes discussed on the album including heartbreak, impatience, displacement and self-discovery. I wanted each collage to feel unsettling and unusual. My own handwriting is used all through the packaging to help humanize the design and soften its eccentricity.

“Mt Zion Kids” Homepage illustration

The main work of “Mt Zion Kids” is to organize activities for children. The request was to design an image to be placed at the top zone of their Homepage, to catch the attention of the viewers and also to represent what they do. Although they had a lot of photos of their activities, it was decided to create an illustration, in order to avoid showing pictures of real kids for safety reasons. The groups of children in the illustration show some of the activities that are developed in this place. My main objective was to give very happy face expressions to the characters, as well as a vibrant color scheme, to convey a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. The process started by sketching each group of characters in paper. Then, they were all placed together in Adobe Illustrator, where the drawing was created with just black strokes. The final stage was entirely made in Photoshop, adding all the colors, lights, effects and the background landscape.
