What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We host technology competitions and this one focuses on wood stoves that make enough electricity to power a home battery that could help solar panels charge an electric car. Our audience is wide - consumers, the renewable energy community, and policy makers. We are a non-profit organization that promotes clean and efficient wood and pellet heating.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We want a small drawing that is about 1 inch high by 2 inches wide showing a large tent with solar panels on the top, and charging battery which is charging an electric car. A wood stove inside the tent is also helping to charge the battery. The tent is on the National Mall in Washington DC and the event is designed to promote renewable energy and how wood or pellet stoves will in the future be able to help create residential renewable electricity during the winter, when the sun is low and solar panels aren't making enough electricity for the home - or car. A description of the event is here: http://forgreenheat.org/2018-stoved…esign.html. Attached are images to show elements of what we want.
We want to show one end of a long tent (see photos) with the end of the tent open so you can see a wood stove inside of it that is connected by a red wire. Solar panels on the roof also connect with a red wire to a red battery. In the background, inside the tent are more stoves. In the background outside the tent, you can see chimney pipes coming out of the tent and the Washington national monument in the far background. Photos attached show this too. The last of the 5 images, titled "possible style & feel of image" is one example of a style that could work. We don't want something quite as stark as the two sketches with solar panels and cars, but something a bit more realistic. Happy to provide any more detail or guidance!
