Template Design for a Training Manual

Product: Training manual and software. Target Audience: Managers in large multinational corporations.

In attached PowerPoint file are 4 slides. Of the 4, the most important is the diagram on slide #1, ‘1A. Frame and Justify’. This diagram will be used for two purposes: a. The Appendix of a training manual. b. The main interface of a proprietary software that goes with the training programme. Right now this diagram looks like the one in slide #2. That’s a decent design but rather straight-forward. It needs some class. Put another way, it should look like a design Apple would accept. :-) It also needs to match the look and feel of the cover of the training manual (slide #3). The colour of the cover might later be changed, so you don't need to be concerned about maintaining the greyish colour. However, we are keeping the design because it was the winner in a competition here 2 years ago and the feedback from our clients has been very good.

After the winner is selected, I’ll need him/her to create a second related diagram (slide #4 – ‘1B. The Case Maker™ Storyline). The extras are just two rows (one at the top and another at the bottom) that match the original design. I’ll offer an additional USD100 for that work. I would like the project to be completed by 15 May.
