Story to tell in the infographic
The Streamlined Framework describes a way to align organizations on working on the most valuable ideas to maximize business value. The business flow image we created ourselves we want done professionally so we can use it online, in interviews, to explain what we do and how it works.
Elements to include in the infographic
Our Streamlined Framework image describes to framework and should be used as the base. Explaining that image: - The 3 levels (strategic, tactical, operational) should be clearly visible - A Value group consists of several (Scrum) teams working on a shared Epic Backlog run by Product Owners (or similar roles) - Each Value Group has its own roadmap - Each team uses an Iterative Agile method like Scrum with Sprints to complete their work - Each team has a Story Backlog that is derived from the Epic Backlog - Priorities on the Story Backlog come from the priorities on the Epic Backlog - A Value Group used the Value Bucket Model (VBM) to prioritize their work - There can be multiple Value Groups in an organization - Strategy is defined in a formal method like OKR or OGSM - Themes can be used to define areas of attention - From Strategy not only agile teams are directed, also traditional Programs can be defined - Programs consist of one or more Projects - Product Owners and Stakeholders work together to create, mold and turn ideas into actual Epics based on the Strategy in Ideation - All the roadmaps of Value Groups combined flow into the Portfolio Roadmap - The progress on the Portfolio Roadmap feeds the Strategy to evolve in time - Agile teams can depend on each other inside a Value Group to complete Epics - Value Groups can depend on each other to complete Epics - Projects can depend on Teams in multiple Value Groups to complete work in the project - Project teams should not push priorities on operational level to Agile teams - Strategy, Themes and Projects are linked to Epic on the Epic Backlog of each Value Group and these links can have weights to affect prioritization of the Epic Backlog and therefor affect the roadmap Taskstreamer.com is software that supports this entire flow Graphic will be used there as well or parts of it (should be layered so parts can be shown) but we don’t think that specific graphic should be used Layers to be able to highlight when showing - Entire flow - Per level (strategic, tactical, operational) - Per stage o Stage 1: have 1 Value Group with a couple of Scrum teams o Stage 2: have Strategy set with formal method linked to Epics of this 1 Value Group o Stage 3: implement multiple Value Groups and link Programs through Projects to Agile teams
the .docx file contains some inspiration and a description of this brief. As for questions regarding sizing: we'd like to be able to place it on A4 but if the design that is absolute nailing it requires a larger format this is fine.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Infographic starts at $799.
