Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a private advocacy firm that helps people ages 50-63 that are out of work due to serious, long-term health issues to apply for, or appeal a denial for, Social Security Disability benefits. We offer a free, no-obligation evaluation of their potential claim. If they qualify for representation, our service assists them throughout the disability application process, and will represent them in a hearing before a judge if needed. We can also assist them with obtaining low-cost medical care, medicare benefits, and prescription drug discounts (all secondary to helping them obtain their benefits). Using our service results up to twice the rate of approval than if applying without representation.

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the landing page?
Target age group 50-63, would want to hit mid-range. Visitors would have a long-term health condition that prevents them from working, and are usually in financial distress. Primarily mobile targeting. Ease of use for individuals that find reading small type a challenge. Professional resource site. Red/White/Blue or similar colors preferred. Should work in conjunction with the existing logo and appearance of the root site https://disabilityforover50.com. If using photography, would prefer it to be as ethnically universal as possible.

Phone call to action, form with call to action. Benefit bullets, logo, credibility logos, reviews. See current landing page for content, and show us the most effective design and wording (if possible) to have the highest lead conversion rates.
