How tscottmurray started their landing page design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
This is our National website and is primarily customer facing. We as an organization have franchisees that run painting businesses in their local areas. This site is to be used by them to drive their clients to trust our company and want to hire their local franchise to perform their painting.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the landing page?
This site was built quite recently. We're not really looking to rebuild from the ground up. We are looking for a 'face-lift' for the site. The user interface has great room for improvement we think. We want to keep all the elements on the page that are there now, however we are open to seeing new colors, new placements, new layouts, etc.
Elements to include in the landing page
We want all the elements that currently exist on the page to remain there.
What we currently have as a slide-out 'Quote Request Form' we think can just be a mini-form on top of the image section. Capture postal code and then kick to the form on another page - like on the site detailed above (elitetradepainting.com/calgary).
We like having the header area at the top of the page with the logo, etc. As per the referenced site above - we like the use of top bar for links to other sites and social media icons (we would be fine carrying this into this site as well).
