Mikael4 got their new landing page design by running a design contest:
Smoofit - a new exiting startup need help to design a landing page!

We will provide app developers with a service (API) that enables them to make use of indoor positioning in their mobile apps. (Think gps, but indoors..) The target for this site is companies how develops apps, or companies that want to find a partner for their indoor positioning solution. We want the website to act as an extended business card for people to learn more about who we are and what we do.
www.smoofit.com (only used until we have a design for it, no text there yet)
We will most probably use the "twitter-bootstrap" framework to code the page to get it responsive and easy to manage. We would therefor like the designer take this into account when doing the design. Preferably we would like to use the standard elements in the framework together with a custom .css-file for this design. We have already a Logo design that can be found in different versions under www.smoofit.com/Logo/ This logo should be cleary incorporated on the landingpage. The colors on the site should fit with this logo. The version with black background is the prefered version, but this is not set.
Elements to include in the landing page
The most important thing about the landing page is to show that the company is a serious player within the area of "indoor positioning". We are a startup, and the service/API is is not launched yet. We want people to register their email so we can let them know what's going on, and send them news. * The page should include a "sign-up form" * The page should in someway present our "Why" to the audience which is "We believe that the future is driven by people who develops services and products that bring people closer to the next generation technology." What we mean with this is that we belive that in order to develop the next generation technology, it must be done in a way so that people (the "end users") must take it for granted. It should not be technical mumbo jumbo . It should be there naturally without really thinking about it. There should also be links of sections refering to "Home", "About" and "Contact" as well as company details.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Landing page design starts at $469.
