How Paradigm Media started their landing page design journey
Who are you known as?
Paradigm Media Consultants (an ad agency)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are an ad agency serving the education/school/career college industry, but I am reaching out because our internal web design/programmer is overwhelmed with projects and we need outside help to get caught up. We need a landing page designed in WordPress. We will take the files (PSD please) and do the rest of coding needed in WordPress. DO NOT PRESENT IDEAS if you can not work in WordPress.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
http://www.askayers.com. We have a page thrown up there that doesn't appropriately represent the TV campaign so do not use as a frame of reference. It needs to tie into the TV spots that will be running (:30 and :60 spots).
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the landing page?
TV spots will give you a good frame of reference for design. MUST BE DONE IN WORDPRESS. Definitely green will be used and want the landing page to look like an extension of the TV spots. The whole campaign revolves around "Ask Me what it's like…" We have different cuts of graduates and employers from programs at Ayers Career College in Shreveport, LA. We have extended videos of each of these interviews.
Elements to include in the landing page
MUST BE DONE IN WORDPRESS is important requirement. This is a 1 page landing page. No tabs. Size of landing page to be something viewable on 15" laptop screen without having to scroll down too much.
Lead Capture Form (see askayers.com for fields). "Ask Ayers" will be towards top. See attached copy for landing page. After the person has seen the commercial and go to AskAyers.com landing page we want them to fill out the lead form in order to get all the extended videos (about 9) of all the graduates and employers featured in the short :30 or :60 second TV spots.
On landing page could show images of about 4 or 5 of the people (still photos attached), maybe looking like photos/snapshots all positioned randomly like they were tossed on a table. Also include at the bottom of landing page employer logos that hire graduates from Ayers Career College. You can see these on current askayers.com page currently live. They can be much smaller though at the bottom.
Size of landing page can be the size of a 15" laptop screen without having to scroll down very much at all.
Ayers Career College logo could be somewhere at bottom. Could be similar to the end screen on the TV spot with Ayers logo, Get In. Get Trained. Get to Work.
If I haven't said it enough….MUST BE DONE IN WORDPRESS…do not present ideas if not. We will be finishing up the coding ourselves in WordPress. Please provide PSD files.
