I am a self-employed personal and business coach that offers its services to individuals and organizations. My primary target audience are women in an executive position (with kids or without) that need coaching regarding work-life balance, how to be successful at the top, how to master the first weeks in a leadership role, etc. On the other side, I offer my coaching service to companies that want to strengthen the leadership skills of their female high potentials and/or help them in achieving balance and/or leverage their strengths better. Also, I offer companies coaching if their teams don't perform well, e.g. if team dynamics are turning or mobbing is going on.As a coach, I am a facilitator, not a consultant. I help my clients to find their own solution, I do not give them "my solution" as a "best practice approach". So coaching is really about asking the right questions, probing and helping the clients find their own solutions and help them implement them and hence shape their future.
so overall, the logo and business card should emanate compassion, friendliness, but also a solution-orientation and "getting things done", not just talking about them. No girlie stuff please - my target audience is the kind of woman that does have elbows, but still strives to find the right balance within all the juggling she has to do.
