Originally called Tool Inventory and Appraisal Systems Inc our company is transitioning to offer commercial and residential appraisals of buildings and contents.
We market to Insurance Brokers who need our services when their clients experience flood, fire or theft or need a contents appraisal for insurance purposes. Note Contents only - NOT the building.
The Name will be TIAS, the tagline needed with the logo is Commercial & Residential Appraisal Services
We want a professional corporate look that stands out. So you can deviate from the standard insurance look in the market. We portray Trust, Integrity and Experience. Calm in an emergency or critical situation.
Recent clients have been from the Alberta flood and Toronto flood, commercial fires in Ontario, and mechanics and contractors throughout Canada. We are expanding.
