Logo needed for my own personal brand, selling HR consulting

I am an experienced HR Leader (HR=Human Resources) and I am preparing being self-employed in 2021 as an HR Interim Manager / HR Consultant . I already have the domain "HR-Results.de" but the name could also be KSHR Results or Kristin Stormberg HR-Results, or even just playing with my name (e.g. HR-STORMBERG) which stands for being a rocket in storm. What characterizes me is: being very fast, agile and delivering results quickly. So, with the logo I would like to transport pace and power but I am also an empathic and human person; Focus in the logo should rather be on HR-Results than on my name;

I like clear forms and simplicity; Also I stand for high quality and would like colors like golden and/or black. Red stands for power and could also be an option.
