We've just had a meeting to discuss the reqirements and are keen not to be limited by our lack of graphic design. So, things we talked about were : quality of build, attention to detail, subtle designs, no roman columns, some aspect of building in logo e.g. pitched roof, craftsmanship, simplicity.
