We provide consulting services focused on helping individuals and organizations close the strategy to execution gap. Our services include coaching (executive, leadership, individual, career), leadership development, and organizational and talent strategies (eg. strategy, succession management, performance management, organizational culture, team effectiveness, talent retention).
Our belief is that people are a key ingredient to making organizations successful and that people typically want to perform well. Sometimes people and organizations get stuck and need help to move forward; we help them do that and to be successful.

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Our tag line is, "Closing the Strategy to Execution Gap". We don't think it would fit well in a logo (space wise) but could be convinced otherwise with the right design. The tag line is something we reference all the time.
Our clients are typically business organizations and range from start-ups to large corporations.
So far I've had designs with just text and a line; I'm interested to see ideas with the use of an image (eg. meat cleaver for a butcher's logo if I was a butcher... but I'm not). For the image, I'm interested in your ideas as I'm not all that imaginative. Some concepts that may apply are people, process, technology, forward movement, strategy / ideas, execution (getting stuff done), moving forward, etc.
