EDIT: Ok, let's go away from the arrow character. I'm not really liking that part too much. Let's try to go more toward a brandable icon to go next to the text that could also be used on it's own to promote the site. The character should be made of an up arrow. It doesn't have to be straight like the one we have up now. It can be warped or whatever just as long as it's generally pointing up. Use the colors on the site but they don't have to be exact. The text on the right of the character should say uppidy. The d in uppidy should in some way stand out.
