It was a great collaboration with a.jack. We turned the first good design from head to toe and in the end created an absolutely convincing logo with which the whole team is very satisfied. Anytime again!
Very patient. Solid work!
Good: Designer was quick and open to new requests

Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a counselor with a practice (CurrentsCounseling.com) that focuses on helping individuals & couples recover from infidelity. In 2009 I created the site AFFAIRHEALING.COM and we are going to launch a redesign to go along with expanding services & content (including the launch of a published book). I want an "Affair Healing" logo that can be used on the site and on distributed publications. The target is anyone who has been wounded by an affair... both men and women. PLEASE NOTE: Healing doesn't necessarily mean the relationship is restored (although that is usually true). Sometimes the healing is for the individual who has lost a partner because of an affair, so symbols of couples probably won't work.

What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
If you're considering a second color, blue is a common "healing" color in the counseling profession. (Green is, too, but I'm not looking for a Christmas design.) If a second color is used, we would still want the logo to useful in instances where only one-color was used (b/w).
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The deep reds at the top & bottom of AffairHealing.com have been the main colors used in many of the Affair Healing resources, so we are likely to stick to something like that, although I am not committed to shade that is on the site. However, I would like a version of the logo to be able to "float" above a darker red background at the top of the new web design, so an image that will look good in a light/white png format is needed. But I do want the normal version of the logo to be used on a white background, and it can incorporate colors (red or whatever you want to suggest) in the design. The only words used in the logo should be Affair Healing, but symbols or the letters AH can be used as well. The logo will be used as the identity of the brand, including the website.
