Swintelligence is a Swiss start-up company that supports companies to increase their innovation power and efficiency with crowdsourcing. In order to do so Swintelligence operates an online platform called Crowderland.
Swintelligence sells access to the platform and the community “Crowderland” to its customers to run challenges on it.
Swintelligence provides consulting and project management services to guide companies through the crowdsourcing process for innovation management services.
Swintelligence offers crowd testing services over a partner platform as well.
Swintelligence resells innovation management and crowdtesting SW from its partner company to its customers.
Crowderland provides free platform access to its community.
Community members -> Target group of Crowderland:
People offering their know-how and resources and building a community. There is no special focus in terms of skill set or demography as such. It can be freelancers, retired people, students, employees, home working people etc. For ideation challenges ideally the community is completely heterogeneous. For problem solving challenges an expert crowd might be specially recruited. However, in the first phase we expect to attract mainly people from the DACH countries.
Companies -> Target group of Swintelligence:
Companies open for new ways increasing their innovation power and efficiency. We target mainly middle and top management positions, since we think, the integration of crowdsourcing as a method must be borne from the management. First we will concentrate on our home market Switzerland to gain some reputation and reference cases, later on we plan to expand our services to the whole DACH area. In the beginning we intentionally do not focus only on the ICT industry in other to win more customers. In a second phase we might concentrate on the ICT market.

• If not practicable to express both brand identities in one and the same design priority shall be given to the brand Crowderland
• Logo can have more than 1 color
• It should be a combination of text and graphical elements (not only text)
• It shall contain flowing elements rather than being to static
• It shall express the brand identity and positioning mentioned in the attached document
