How tcimontessori started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Twin Cities International Montessori School
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are starting bilingual (English and Mandarin) Montessori school in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota, USA). The school will serve children 16 months to 6 years.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The style of the logo should be organic. The full school name does not necessarily need to be included in the logo. Considerations could include forming a design with "TCI", or incorporating the Chinese language component in a simple/elegant way (being a bilingual school), but other suggestions are equally invited. The logo shouldn't transmit the message of a typical childcare. It would be ideal to somehow deliver the philosophy of following and fostering the child's natural development. A couple of logo to reference are: http://www.lakecountryschool.org/, and https://www.themontessoricompany.com/. I am also attaching an example of drawing I found on the internet.
